1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Account Registration Process

2.3 Account Security Obligations

You must not share your login information with any third party, and you agree to notify ph345 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. ph345 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph345 supports a variety of payment methods tailored to the Filipino market, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, online banking through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Security Bank, and Unionbank, as well as over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosks and selected retail partners. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, transaction history, and geographic location. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are clearly displayed within the cashier interface and may be adjusted by ph345 at any time based on operational requirements and risk management policies.

All deposits are processed instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment provider. Deposits made via e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph345 account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer to process depending on the sending institution and the Philippine electronic funds transfer network. ph345 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited to comply with AML regulations and to prevent fraud and money laundering. You may not withdraw funds to a payment account owned by another individual, and attempting to do so will result in rejection of the withdrawal request and potential account suspension pending investigation. Players engaged in fraudulent activity may be permanently banned from all ph345 services and may face legal action to recover losses incurred by ph345 as a result of such conduct.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ph345 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion. By accepting or claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Bonus terms include eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions.

ph345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional gamblers or players engaged in bonus abuse. ph345 may, at its sole discretion, exclude certain players from receiving bonuses based on gameplay patterns, account history, or other risk factors. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account closure.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

ph345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; providing false or misleading information during registration or thereafter; fraudulent activity or attempted fraud; money laundering or suspicious financial activity; abusive behavior toward ph345 staff or other players; underage gambling or allowing minors to access your account; use of the platform for any unlawful purpose; failure to complete identity verification when requested; chargebacks or payment disputes; and prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure, ph345 will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to ph345. Bonus funds, pending bonuses, and promotional winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. If your account is closed due to fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or bonus abuse, ph345 reserves the right to retain all funds in your account as compensation for losses incurred and administrative costs. You acknowledge that account closure is at ph345's sole discretion and that we are not required to provide detailed reasons for the decision.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game designs, audio-visual elements, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through ph345.cam are the exclusive property of ph345, our licensors, or our game content providers. This includes but is not limited to the ph345 brand name, logo, website design, mobile app interface , game titles, promotional materials, and proprietary software code. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph345 services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any portion of ph345 services or intellectual property without express written permission from ph345. Unauthorized use of ph345 intellectual property, including but not limited to scraping game data, copying website content, impersonating our brand, or using our trademarks in connection with unauthorized services, constitutes infringement and may result in legal action. ph345 actively protects its intellectual property rights and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

ph345 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph345 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service. ph345 does not warrant that the platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, nor do we guarantee that any defects will be corrected.

In no event shall ph345, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of ph345 services. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of gambling. ph345 is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur, and you agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose. You waive any right to hold ph345 liable for gambling losses, poor investment decisions, or failure to win. 9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of ph345 services, or your relationship with ph345 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using ph345 services, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Philippine courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through ph345's internal complaint resolution process. You may submit complaints to our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through the live chat function. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution service. Only after exhausting these informal resolution channels may you pursue formal legal action.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ph345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling problems. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time limits that automatically log you out after a specified period; reality check reminders that notify you of time spent gambling; and temporary cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. All responsible gaming limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased or removed until the specified period expires.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without ph345's prior written consent. ph345 may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any affiliate or successor entity. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.
